We started Bayberry because care should feel personal.
Like many families, we learned firsthand how hard it is to find help you can genuinely trust with someone you love. Too often care felt rushed, impersonal, or handed off to whoever was available that day. We knew it could be done differently.
So Bayberry was built around consistency and relationships: the same familiar caregivers, care plans shaped by the client's own routine, and honest communication with the whole family. No scripts, no revolving door, just dependable people who show up with patience and heart.
